Danielle Lloyd has got her hooks in another Footballer. Our newest victim is Spurs midfielder Jamie O’Hara. This is at least the seventh soccer player she’s publicly “dated”. She’s previously been linked with Ryan Babel, Teddy Sheringham, Marcus Bent, Armand Traoré, Jermain Defoe and Gerard Piqué.

At what point do her friends hold an invervention for her? Sure it all fun and paparazzi now, but this is how it starts. First it’s EPL, then you’re dating guys in the Championship, then the SPL, then the IFA. Before you know it, you’re hanging out with a bag of orange slices at Valley Ridge field number 2 waiting for a guy with a knee brace to sub out.

Fun bonus fact: Danielle participated in a BBC quiz called Test The Nation. When asked who Winston Churchill was, she replied: “Wasn’t he the first black president of America? There’s a statue of him near me – that’s black.”

Well she may not be the original WAG, thats Posh obviously but she’s definately the second, and Cheryl Cole has earned her place on this page after years of hard work looking like she does as well as climbing Mount Kiliminjaro last week, while Ashley was up to some divilment or other.

She’s also in a band apparently, I think their name is Four Lovely Girls and the Dud or something to that extent.

She may or may not have earned the nick-name Tweedy in secondary school as a result of her love of the Scottish fabric.

So it would seem when you’re looking for Irish WAGs you have two choices. Robbie Keane’s wife and um… well there’s Robbie Keane’s wife. What’s a WAG blogger to do?

Well, In honor of St. Patrick I decided to go another way, here we have Sapphira O’Shannon, who I’m sure has some sort of Irish heritage. Sapphira is the girlfriend of Woking superstar (is there such a thing?) Paolo Vernazza and is at lot hotter than Robbie Keane’s wife (sorry Robbie).

One WAG’s heroic tale

It was only a matter of time until the world wide financial meltdown hit our precious WAGs. Alex Curran, The wife of Liverpool and England footballer Steven Gerrard, put down her shopping bags to say that said she had become more frugal. As usual the Telegraph.co.uk was all over the story.

The 26-year-old blonde now visits the hairdresser only twice a week, and has resorted to filing her own nails. “I’m not that bothered about pampering. I do my nails myself. The nail varnish I’m wearing was only £2 from a bargain bin!”

She also prefers nights in at the couple’s multi-million pound Merseyside home to expensive nights out. “I used to be such a party girl but now I know that if I have a big night out I’ll sleep late the next day and will probably eat junk food. I’ve turned down a few nights out already.”
Curran confided to readers of Closer magazine that she is also “too busy to shop” because she spends so much time working out.

Filing her own nails? Skipping nights out on the town? Eating fast food? Not shopping?!?! truly the world as we know it is coming to an end. Let hope dear Alex can still find the resources to hang out in a bikini all day. From what I can tell by a quick google image search it seems to be her only hobby.

Harry Potter; now with 100 percent more WAGs

The fine folks at the daily mail are reporting that Melanie Slade – the girlfriend of England and Arsenal star Theo Walcott – has landed a part in the next Harry Potter film.

“The 20-year-old blonde will play a friend of Hermione Grainger (Emma Watson) in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part One. She appears on screen as the pair watch a game of the airborne broomstick game Quidditch and Mel even has some lines.”

A little while ago Melanie Slade was quoted as saying she doesn’t want to have anything to do with the typical WAG sterotype, which I’m cool with as long she provides us more pictures like the following. We have a deal Melanie?

The Celebrity Big Brother star will reveal secrets about the men she has dated, including football stars TEDDY SHERINGHAM, JERMAIN DEFOE and MARCUS BENT. A spokesman for Danielle said: “She’s revealing loads she’s never spoken about before. “She’ll talk about her profile relationships and what really went on behind the scenes.” But those hoping for some sizzling X-rated talk from the busty star will be disappointed. A friend added: “While Danielle will reveal all about their relationships, talk of her sex life is out of bounds. “She’s not that sort of girl.”
